| » Claire Voyant cancels Friday Reverence appearance |

Unfortunately and with great disappointment from myself and the band, Claire Voyant has had to pull out of the Friday Reverence line-up in Madison, WI due to severe (but luckily non life-threatening) illness. I know what a hard yet necessary decision this was for the band and how forward they were looking to Reverence, as they were going to debut a lot of material from their new album.
I've made an offer to Bella Morte tourmates, the goth/darkwave band In Tenebris (http://www.myspace.com/intenebris) to take the spot and hope they'll accept. They're damn fine in their own right and the show must go on, so check 'em out.
I will be working with the band to schedule a make-up date in hopefully the near future. Friday attendees will have to hold onto their stubs (or something-- I just found out about this a few hrs ago) for reduced or free admission to the make-up date. Again, we'll figure it out and make it up to everyone so thanks for your understanding.

After four years of high-profile festivals and one-off shows, Wisconsin's 8-bit ebm anarchists THE GOTHSICLES have finally released their debut CD 'NESferatu' on Sonic Mainline Discs! A large portion of the original pressing was stolen due to a major shipping error, but distributors are currently being stocked with what wasn't taken while new discs are being repressed. NESferatu features the classic Gothsicles tracks "Konami Code" and "English License," as well as 10 brand new tracks, and remixes from BATTERY CAGE, STOCHASTIC THEORY, CAUSTIC, and the momentarily resurrected EPSILON MINUS.
The Gothsicles will be appearing in coming months on bills with COVENANT, IMPERATIVE REACTION, and VOLTAIRE, and have already appeared on bills this year with STROMKERN, GOD MODULE, INFORMATIK, and TERRORFAKT.
